They always change my vehicles settings especially the seat. And they always leave that plastic seat covering, the paper floor covering and that number sign that hangs from the rear view.
It’s really annoying to have to grab all of it and throw it away.
Also, twice I’ve seen them drive my truck up very aggressively and I don’t like it. They should know better to drive a customers car with a little more care instead of like a fast and furious race car.

Got me in and out with the problem battery diagnosed and replaced in about an hour. The mechanic even live-streamed me from the shop as he was wrapping up to let me know what he was doing, when he'd be done and also what items on my car they had checked that were fine. Meantime I was enjoying their showroom, free lattes and cafe-style tables where all of us repair customers could plug in and work on our laptops while they worked on our cars. Very cool.
