Julija was the best sales I have ever had over years of purchasing vehicles. She was very meticulous and detail oriented. When I was inquiring about the vehicle, she also sent me photos of the books and keys and original window sticker without me asking. She was very self-motivated and knew what information will be useful for the customers. When I requested the inspection report, she sent it to me in a very timely matter. On the day of purchase, when I got there when the dealership just opened, the car was already washed and waiting in the parking lot, ready to be test driven. Everything throughout this experience has been a very pleasant one. Kris, the finance manager, was very helpful also, very patient. Julija was very easy to talk to, funny, very chill, have a lot of interesting stories, and I do low key miss her. If you are shopping for a vehicle there, I will highly recommend Julija, your experience will be a very pleasant one too. More
