Attempted to add additional fees to lease buyout which were not on the original lease agreement. Illegal action according to the Consumer Leasing Act. They did remove the added dealer fee when questioned and are reimbursing one of the oil changes charged for. They seem nice at the front door but know your rights and double check all your information because they will use the worst of tactics to scam you. Salesman Chris was fine, it's a tough job and he was just doing his job. Kris in financing was about the least pleasant person I've meet. Long story short, if you aren't being taken advantage of, you will be treated as an inconvenience. More

We came in for an oil change on our leased Ridgeline. Spoke to a salesman (Bill Gleeson). He gave us info to purchase a new Ridgeline that was on the lot.
