Mark, we are sorry to see your comments. As a reminder, the vehicle you purchased was for "as is" condition. You paid in full for that option, chose no extended warranty, opting to 'self-insure' your vehicle for any issues that might develop. We went ahead and decided to assist you with diagnosing and repairing the leak you noticed after you took it home. You agreed. While it took awhile for us to replicate the leak, once we did find the issue, we went ahead and, as a goodwill to you, repaired the leak at the upper mount of the radiator by replacing the radiator free of charge. We also provided a complimentary new model loaner and drove the vehicle to Ponca City and back for you, all at no additional cost or effort to you. We have gone above and beyond the sale agreement of your 'as is' pre-owned purchase in order to make your vehicle purchase an exceptional one. We are sorry to hear that you still are unhappy. Mr. Bartell, I apologize you’ve had less than a pleasurable experience from our store. From what I understand, we are awaiting a time from you to schedule the window tint to get done on our premises. As far as the tax, title, and license, we typically do not work those in the car deal unless requested to do so. After speaking with the salesperson, I found out that you told him (on the phone) to work that in, but he forgot by the time you got here. When you arrived, you signed preliminary paperwork that didn’t have the tax, title, and license included so we did not communicate that with our business office. I also reviewed the recorded video in the business office and noticed we did not disclose having tax, title, and license set up and that you were financing without those things. I have visited with the salesperson about this I apologize this slipped through the cracks. If I can further assist you, please do not hesitate to reach out to me. Thank you that’s the first I’ve heard about you guys being willing to do the window tent now. We already have had it done. We took the vehicle in for the first oil change and found out that both of the catalytic converter’s are cracked. Leaking exhaust fumes under the vehicle. Also, the front grill has a crack in it. And we had to have the headlights adjusted up as they were aimed towards the ground. We were told that vehicle had not been in an accident, but it looks like it was according to the dealership. I don’t know what we are supposed to do about all of this. I think I can get the exhaust replaced under warranty. I’m not sure. I will have to go to Lincoln and see. Are you guys willing to replace the front grill that’s cracked?

I just got off the phone with a manager with the dealership and they said they won’t fix anything. I’m supposed to see if a different dealership will cover it …. Wow. This company doesn’t stand behind what they sell. We won’t be back.

James, we are sorry to see your recent response after we had a great discussion with you yesterday. Specifically, we agreed to reimburse you for the tint you already had done since you didn't get the message that we were waiting on you to schedule it with us. Also, we confirmed that the converter was under factory warranty and would be repaired. As for the grill, we couldn't determine when the damage occurred. The Carfax states there wasn't an accident on the vehicle and that's all we have to go on when the vehicle is pre-owned. If the previous owner never reported an accident nor had it repaired at a reporting facility, it won't be included on the Carfax. You stated you didn't want to spend your time with us on the grill. We're sorry to hear you prefer to take your future business elsewhere after our nice conversation. We are glad to have been able to get you into a vehicle you desired and we wish you well.
