Super service I was in the market for WRX and came across a YouTube channel review performed at World Subaru for WRX models. When I looked them up and found out tha I was in the market for WRX and came across a YouTube channel review performed at World Subaru for WRX models. When I looked them up and found out that the dealership had the vehicle of my spec in the lot and only an hour drive from home. I contacted the dealership online and was contacted by Jonathan Smith. He showed me the vehicle that meet my criteria and requested that I come in for test drive and mentioned the Subaru pre-sale event for memorial day weekend was in effect. I meet Sam at the dealership, he was very easy to work with. I also requested that he came with me on test drive so I could talk more about the car with him on initial test drive. Sam worked the numbers with me and gave a great final out the door price. On the day of pickup, Nicole went through all the details of the vehicle and also provided E-ZPass clear fastners! When I did a final walk around with Sam, I noticed minor scratches on the vehicle. Sam immediately took action to correct the issue. Sam also suggested that they would provide somebody to pickup the vehicle for service from home and return. Final financial work with Kristen was straight forward and to the point. She explained in detail all the packages that are available to add on / protect the vehicle. More
