The back-up camera and map in the navigation system are large and clear. We had previously leased a Subaru so I had expected that. The amazing part was that the whole experience of choosing and buying the car was so easy and pleasant. Everyone we dealt with was efficient and conscientious, but also treated us like family. Joe Wajda has created a wonderful customer-oriented atmosphere throughout the dealership. We had worked with Girsh Berman a few years ago when we leased our last Subaru so he is our salesperson of choice. We knew he would do a good job for us. He found us just the car we wanted, color, features (I really wanted the sunroof) without trying to sell us anything we didn't want. He made suggestions without pushing anything. The locator found our car and immediately sent someone to pick it up for us so we could have it that day.. We had to leave to attend a family event but made arrangements to come back later to handle financing and insurance. Kristen, who handled the paper work, was charming and efficient at the same time, not always easy to do. Girsh called our insurance company and emailed them the necessary paperwork so we were good to go. Then Nicole thoroughly explained the features of our new car, stressing we could call if we had any questions. The following Monday Girsh and Ali Mendez both called to make sure we were happy and didn't have any concerns. We are happy and highly recommend World Subaru. More

After going to 2 local dealerships, one with a high-pressure sales manager and the other with no one to help me, I made the trip to World Subaru in Tinton Falls and it was worth it. I had done all my homework, new exactly what I wanted and how much I should pay. (My father sold used cars for 40 years, so I am familiar with the tactics). I was all ready for the normal car sales nonsense, but much to my surprise I got more car then I expected at a considerable amount less then I had calculated. Bonus! Super service I was in the market for WRX and came across a YouTube channel review performed at World Subaru for WRX models. When I looked them up and found out tha I was in the market for WRX and came across a YouTube channel review performed at World Subaru for WRX models. When I looked them up and found out that the dealership had the vehicle of my spec in the lot and only an hour drive from home. I contacted the dealership online and was contacted by Jonathan Smith. He showed me the vehicle that meet my criteria and requested that I come in for test drive and mentioned the Subaru pre-sale event for memorial day weekend was in effect. I meet Sam at the dealership, he was very easy to work with. I also requested that he came with me on test drive so I could talk more about the car with him on initial test drive. Sam worked the numbers with me and gave a great final out the door price. On the day of pickup, Nicole went through all the details of the vehicle and also provided E-ZPass clear fastners! When I did a final walk around with Sam, I noticed minor scratches on the vehicle. Sam immediately took action to correct the issue. Sam also suggested that they would provide somebody to pickup the vehicle for service from home and return. Final financial work with Kristen was straight forward and to the point. She explained in detail all the packages that are available to add on / protect the vehicle. More
