He was patient with us throughout the entire process and worked hard to meet our requests. Although I was reluctant to trade in my brz, he made it worth while with a more practical & much safer car for NJ weather and appraisal fee was appropriate. The woman from Financing who sat down with me made a usually long process go by very fast, she explained all my options , I did not feel pressured into anything but with an offer she worked out for me it became a no brainer to take it. I then met Nicole who sat down and thoroughly showed me all the new features that I did not previously have. She took her time explaining and giving a demo, and answered all my questions.
