As part of the pre-sale, we sat down with the "tech team" to get familiar with the electronic controls PRIOR to committing to the sale. After the sale, Nicole Sciamarelli deep a "deep dive" on the great features that come with this car. She was polite, extremely knowledgeable and also patient with the 2 engineers and their techie son that grilled her with detailed questions. The back-up camera and map in the navigation system are large and clear. We had previously leased a Subaru so I had expected that. The amazing part was that the whole experience of choosing and buying the car was so easy and pleasant. Everyone we dealt with was efficient and conscientious, but also treated us like family. Joe Wajda has created a wonderful customer-oriented atmosphere throughout the dealership. We had worked with Girsh Berman a few years ago when we leased our last Subaru so he is our salesperson of choice. We knew he would do a good job for us. He found us just the car we wanted, color, features (I really wanted the sunroof) without trying to sell us anything we didn't want. He made suggestions without pushing anything. The locator found our car and immediately sent someone to pick it up for us so we could have it that day.. We had to leave to attend a family event but made arrangements to come back later to handle financing and insurance. Kristen, who handled the paper work, was charming and efficient at the same time, not always easy to do. Girsh called our insurance company and emailed them the necessary paperwork so we were good to go. Then Nicole thoroughly explained the features of our new car, stressing we could call if we had any questions. The following Monday Girsh and Ali Mendez both called to make sure we were happy and didn't have any concerns. We are happy and highly recommend World Subaru. More

After going to 2 local dealerships, one with a high-pressure sales manager and the other with no one to help me, I made the trip to World Subaru in Tinton Falls and it was worth it. I had done all my homework, new exactly what I wanted and how much I should pay. (My father sold used cars for 40 years, so I am familiar with the tactics). I was all ready for the normal car sales nonsense, but much to my surprise I got more car then I expected at a considerable amount less then I had calculated. Bonus!
