Everything went smoothly except that the various extended service agreements were kind of sprung on us at the last moment. That was in the finance department. Tara was excellent and took all the time we wanted to explain the cars features and operations. (I ask a lot of questions! She was very patient and a good teacher.) I haven't had any experience with the service department yet. I'm hoping it will be as good as the sales and delivery process! More

After explaining that we were looking for a used Outback, Girsh quickly located a vehicle that we ended up being extremely pleased with. He was knowledgeable and informative about all aspects of the Outback and was also very helpful in streamlining the paperwork necessary for the Finance area where the process was completed a few days later. When we picked up the vehicle, Tara was very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful in explaining all the features of the Outback. The entire experience was quick and easy thanks to everyone at World Subaru. More
