I felt at ease with the transaction. I had previously owned a Subaru Tribeca and have always brought it to World Subaru for maintenance and was always treated well. I would highly recommend Girsch and World Subaru. Everyone one there was very easy to deal with and happy to answer any questions I had. Kristen was very thorough in explaining the finance part of the the car purchase. Nicole was great in explaining all the bells and whistles of the car and had a lot of patience with me. I was told to come back any time for any additional questions.I went back and was helped again in setting up the remote stat app on my phone by Tara. All in all a very positive experience. More

I worked with Sales Consultant Travis Foster to find the right vehicle. No pressure whatsoever. Travis is very knowledgeable of the Subaru product line and a pleasure to work with. He encouraged me to take a number of test drives in different vehicles to find out which one would meet my requirements. Negotiating the price was also a hassle free experience. Finance Manager Kristen Inaugurato was right on the money with all the financials which made the final check out a pleasure. Delivery Coordinator Nicole Sciamarelli showed me all of the numerous features in the Outback making sure I understood them before leaving. Usually the salesperson or a service person explains all in a hurried fashion. Kudos to the dealership owner for hiring 2 such wonderful people to ease the path. This is their only task and they are super at it!!! Tara was patient, even when she had to repeat things. She assured me that I could return at any time and I could call with any questions! Our Salesman, Sam Spencer, was very personable, empathetic, and knowledgeable about the car we were looking to purchase. He effortlessly made the purchasing experience a pleasant and stress free one. Our Delivery Coordinator, Nicole Sciamarelli, patiently went through the millions of features (okay, it only seems like millions), to make sure I understood what the features did and how and when to use them. She was knowledgeable on every question I asked. She didn't rush through it, even though it was near the end of the day. Kristen Inaugurato reviewed all the various additional maintenance and warranty options in a very professional manner, explaining all the benefits without the hard sell tactics I've seen at other dealerships. The price paid was more than fair, and consistent with what I expected based on my research. All in all, I highly recommend the dealership, and in particular the outstanding sales and delivery coordination efforts by Sam and Nicole! More
