After explaining that we were looking for a used Outback, Girsh quickly located a vehicle that we ended up being extremely pleased with. He was knowledgeable and informative about all aspects of the Outback and was also very helpful in streamlining the paperwork necessary for the Finance area where the process was completed a few days later. When we picked up the vehicle, Tara was very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful in explaining all the features of the Outback. The entire experience was quick and easy thanks to everyone at World Subaru. More

I felt at ease with the transaction. I had previously owned a Subaru Tribeca and have always brought it to World Subaru for maintenance and was always treated well. I would highly recommend Girsch and World Subaru. Everyone one there was very easy to deal with and happy to answer any questions I had. Kristen was very thorough in explaining the finance part of the the car purchase. Nicole was great in explaining all the bells and whistles of the car and had a lot of patience with me. I was told to come back any time for any additional questions.I went back and was helped again in setting up the remote stat app on my phone by Tara. All in all a very positive experience. More

I worked with Sales Consultant Travis Foster to find the right vehicle. No pressure whatsoever. Travis is very knowledgeable of the Subaru product line and a pleasure to work with. He encouraged me to take a number of test drives in different vehicles to find out which one would meet my requirements. Negotiating the price was also a hassle free experience. Finance Manager Kristen Inaugurato was right on the money with all the financials which made the final check out a pleasure. Delivery Coordinator Nicole Sciamarelli showed me all of the numerous features in the Outback making sure I understood them before leaving.
