smooth Transaction - My 2016 X5 lease coming to an end , had 3 months left. After exploring opportunity to finance instead of leasing checked for 2018 models less than 5K miles . This dealer ship had 2 out of which the one that I got had the features which I needed . All started with Venetia texting and emailing me information. I met with Tim who was nice and not overbrearing .He bought on the finance person and once I saw that it was a reasonable deal I closed on the deal right away . Kirsten Perwas was nice and explained the newer features . However I am unhappy that BMW has changed their policy of 50000 miles ( full service including wipers/ brake pads /Lining etc to just 36000 miles oil change) Also they have increased the over milage from $0.18 to $0.25 per mile . Even though I live in wayne near Paul Miller ,I will be coming to BMW Ramsey for the service and I am assuming if service is over an hour , I will be given a loaner . More
