I took my vehicle in to trouble shoot the fuel door not working. I also asked; while they were going to service the car, if they could replace a headlamp bulb, unless it was going to cost a fortune. When they called to inform me of the problem with the fuel door, they told me there were three lights not working. They said the cost of replacing the fuel door actuator was going to be $350 dollars. I told them to hold off on the actuator but replace the bulbs. When I got off the phone I researched the actuator and found that the part was $36.00 and it was a plug and play installation. I could replace it in 30min. The next time my wife drove the car the original low beam headlight was not working, the original problem. my wife told them that the light did not work and scheduled service. I could not attend due to illness. The attendant informed her that that was not one of the bulbs they replaced and charged her again for the bulb and installation. Very disappointed of the service they provided. More

I appreciate how friendly and efficient this service center is whenever I have to stop in. I also appreciate that I'm allowed to attend to my own business when I wait for services to be completed. Neit center is whenever I have to stop in. I also appreciate that I'm allowed to attend to my own business when I wait for services to be completed. Neither the service people nor sales people push me to have extra work done or to get in a new car. In this specific economy, I appreciate this most of all. More
