Kris Bowman came out and asked us if he could help. We told him we were just looking and he asked a few questions which were not pushy kind of questions. He really made us feel comfortable. Just by asking us those simple questions, he said if you would like I have a car that just came in and it sounds what you may be looking for and if it would be ok to show it to us. We said sure, When he went to get the car my wife and I were kinda reluctant. When he came around the corner with the car we both said wow this may be it. The exterior/interior color, low mileage and the price range was what we were looking for. Kris Bowman asked the right questions and most importantly listened. He explained all the features without be pushy. Thank you Kris you sold us the car and we are very pleased with it. Rick Morreale made the finance part super easy and quick. We were encouraged to explore our other options, look around, and we took a few days. After comparing prices to Phoenix area dealers, price was on par, but not anything to get excited about. Kris, our salesman, was extremely nice and informative. Kris went the extra mile and worked (called & text) with us on his day off and after hours. We highly recommend Kris and will look to him again for our next car. Rick, our finance guy, was also personable. He made the "intimidating" part of the process a breeze. Previous experiences made the finance portion last a few hours; Rick made it 30 minutes! Overall, best dealership experience that we have ever encountered! More
