Thank you for taking the time to provide a review of your experience at the Klaben Body Shop. Our goal is to always exceed the expectations of our customers, and it appears we failed to do that. I appreciate you taking the time to speak with me via a phone call and for providing further insight into your experience. We’re also looking forward to seeing you next week so we may address any outstanding concerns. From our conversation, I trust you realize that we are, and will be, here in the future for any concerns or issues that may arise. Some may take a 3 star review and be satisfied, and again we appreciate it, but we are always looking for our opportunities to improve upon what we do every day. This is what drives our continuous quest for honest customer feedback. Thank you again for you review, and just know that the entire team remains at your service.
