Once the delivery process started Obed was clear with offer of my trade and Mary (& Daisy) wrapped everythi extremely helpful and extremely patient!! She took the time to explain the different warranties that were available and made sure I was comfortable with what I was selecting. With this vehicle I planned on swapping out badging and Kristin also explained the points system and recommended me to use my points in that purchase! Within 3 days of getting my vehicle the badging was swapped out by the service department. Max checked me in that afternoon and Mark checked me out at the end of the day. Both were super friendly and made the process easy. I’m super happy with my choice in vehicles and choice in dealership. More
