This visit was for a recall. The staff didn’t inform me that even though my appointment was at 8:00, I was a “work in”. When I called to check on my car at lunchtime, my contac The staff didn’t inform me that even though my appointment was at 8:00, I was a “work in”. When I called to check on my car at lunchtime, my contact called back at 2:00. He told me my car wouldn’t be ready until 4:00 and he wouldn’t have a shuttle car to come pick me up from my work. Luckily, my husband picked me up. He went in and I waited in his truck.When prompted, he said we didn’t want any of the recommendations, and the contact person said “ I know and I am working on the paperwork to get rid of y’all.” Needless to say my husband nor I had a pleasant experience during this required due to a recall visit More
