Great transaction from test drive to closing the deal. But there is a lot of room for improvement in the delivery of the vehicle. The vehicle was kept until the next day to detail it for delivery, but it looked like no one did anything other than run it through a car wash a vacuumed it. Interior had so much that should have been cleaned and detailed from the A-pillars, B-pillars, headliner and cup holders that I would never delivered it this way. It was like no one thought to inspect the pre delivery to me the customer. I wound up detailing it myself when I got it home! More
