Excellent service from customer service to technicians! They did tell me that my service would take time and offered a courtesy car. I declined as i didn't mind waiting. The only thing that upset me was the fact that the service writer didn’t order the right tire size. This happened on Monday, when I took it in Weds for a 9:15 appointment, it took them 4&1/2 hours to service writer didn’t order the right tire size. This happened on Monday, when I took it in Weds for a 9:15 appointment, it took them 4&1/2 hours to realize they ordered the wrong size. I had to travel over 200 miles the next day so I had to use the tire that was leaking air. They just need to be more thorough.. have the Armada pro4x the tires are larger. The people were very nice and apologetic and that goes a long way More
