They don’t want or need black business here. First time I took my car to get some basic work done, the day I was supposed to come pick my car up, my key was not at the dealer. Nobody called to tell me that before driving an hour plus to get there. Secondly, today I dropped my car off to get my side mirrors replaced. It’s in my customer profile and obviously when I pulled up my car was pink. They wasted my time scheduling me an appointment knowing what I was coming in for and knowing the COLOR of my car. The service manager didn’t want to work on the car because it was painted PINK. My car being pink has nothing to do with them simply fixing my side mirrors. I truly believe they refused to this job because I was BLACK. I called another Audi location who said they can do the job and have an appointment scheduled with them. Another reason I believe they denied me is because my insurance was paying for it and I wasn’t coming out of pocket. Take your BLACK DOLLAR where it’s valued because it is not here. And don’t bother calling corporate they’re full of xxxx too! More

We walked into Sewickley car store and felt at e My husband and I visited the Audi dealership in December, looking to purchase a car for our daughter. We walked into Sewickley car store and felt at ease from the beginning. Everyone was helpful and friendly and definitely did not give you the “car salesman” vibe. We worked with Mike, who was BEYOND knowledgeable about the cars we were comparing and extremely kind. Any question I had, he answered with great detail and never once made me feel inadequate for asking (which I have been made to feel at other dealerships.) We chose a vehicle that we deemed perfect for our needs and Andrew took over negotiating the numbers. He was very honest and great to work with. Again, I didn’t feel like we were being hustled and playing the typical “let’s buy a car” game. I appreciated the information he gave us and we agreed on a price that we were comfortable with easily. Because this was a Christmas gift for our daughter, we held the car at the dealership until right before the holiday an when we arrived to pick it up, they had it waiting with a big, red bow. Believe it or not, another candidate we were considering actually offered to sell us a bow for “just” $125 if we bought a car from them. This seems so trivial, but the fact that Sewickley just gave us the bow spoke volumes about how they treat their customers. The Christmas surprise was perfect and a few days later, we actually went back and purchased a SECOND car from them to replace my vehicle. I had been putting off buying a new car for months because I dread the car buying process, but because of our wonderful experience with Sewickley Audi, I couldn’t wait to buy my new car. I can not recommend this dealership more! Thank you, gentlemen, for helping to pull off the greatest Christmas surprise ever and getting me into my favorite car that I have ever owned! More
