When I first came to this location Chris was my advisor and he was OUTSTANDING! Very knowledgeable and explained everything. The new staff members do not seem know very much about the service. All question where funnelling to 1 person.

Now this is my 2nd bad experience, the first time they installed a battery wrong in my wife's JGC and melted the fuse box....then asked me to pay for it. (I didn't of course).
Now this time we brought her JGC in because the center monitor wasn't turning off. I brought it in around 1:00 and called around 4 (on a Friday) to find out my advisor went home and they'll call me tomorrow. (nice service there bud).
So the next day he calls me to let me know they did a software upgrade which didn't fix the problem and recommended I spend $1600 for a new radio/monitor.
Let me pause here to also say charging me $260 to look at the car is ridiculous!!!!!
So I didn't go ahead and get a new radio. We picked up the car, and I spent a day researching how to replace the monitor on YouTube. Well for $300 I was able to get a new monitor, and it looked like 30 minutes worth of work.
Shortly before putting in the monitor, I read an email from the tech that sends a video of the work he did. According to him the upgrade solved the problem and hopefully it holds.
So I'm wondering why the xxx advisor was so focused on I need to spend $1600???? I confirmed the $260 software upgrade fixed the problem. (In truth im sure he did some other trouble shooting too).
After dealing with this advisor not only won't I bring the car back, any future work in the short time I'll go anywhere else. And at this point after 3 jeeps we're done. Going to find something that's not a jeep. And definitely not sold by Safford Brown!
