Krysta is a native Tucsonan (Go Badgers! Go Wildcats!) who grew up with a Dad and Brother who made sure she had a great passion for cars! After graduating from the UofA she decided to follow her real passion and go into car sales. It's been almost 4 years since she made that decision and it has proven to be one of the best decisions she's ever made! When Krysta is not a work you can find her either spending time with her loved ones or spoiling her very handsome Godson Alexander Paul! She is very family oriented and strongly believes in treating all of her customers the way she would want her family to be treated! We purchased a new XT5, and typically, there were several factors that went into our decision. Besides the superb salesperson (Krysta Diaz), the car's features, the dealership's support of their employees, and all other positive attributes, this purchase would not have been made without Dan. Rudest Dealership! The General Manager that is over the Royal family is the most unprofessional person I have ever come across. Kevin Cravo was trying to bully me into The General Manager that is over the Royal family is the most unprofessional person I have ever come across. Kevin Cravo was trying to bully me into a car purchase. I wasn't finding a car that I was ready to purchase. I drove one home for the weekend at their request. The vehicle did not work out. My sales person called and told me about another vehicle they thought might work for me., I explained that a $30,000 is a large purchase for me and I needed to be sure. When I told them it was out of my budget Kevin became very irritated and told me that they had done everything to try and find me a car (after 2 cars). That it would be best if we parted ways and I should look elsewhere. I would not trust Royal dealerships. I found after dealing with two of the "Royal" dealerships that I was lied to and they could not be trusted. I went to Subaru of Tucson and was treated kindly and professionally. I made a good choice in a dealership and in a car. Look up Trent Nichols. Happy car hunting! More

Great experience with a major purchase This was my first day in looking to buy and I was not sure just what I wanted in a new car. Krysta was very knowledgeable and helpful in giving us options and letting us test drive several different cars. She was great at explaining all the options in different models etc. I loved the no pressure information .When I didn't find just what I was looking for in my price range. Dan had an idea and told her to let us drive the car I ended up getting. It was just what I wanted and they were both very helpful in getting the price and payments to fit my needs. Krysta as ben extremely helpful in showing me all the features of this amazing car. I am amazed at the great experience this has turned out to be thanks to this great team .A plus to all. More
