From the service department to sales to parts and to financing... they clearly are the best dealership around! We went to West Metro with the intention of 'just looking'. A sales guy came out and asked what we were looking for and we couldn't find a used crossover vehicle on the lot that fit what we were looking for. He told us he had the perfect crossover at the St Cloud location and had that vehicle transferred to Monticello for us to look at. We loved it and decided to purchase it after test driving it. We got it home and it started to have some mechanical problems so we called West Metro right away to let them know what was going on. They hands down took care of us (on more than one occasion) and made sure the vehicle was up to standard for us. We wouldn't ask for better service. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle West Metro is the place to go! They are loyal and dedicated to their customers and that's why we keep going back! More

Outstanding Service Every Time! West Metro is my go to dealership! I have purchased two vehicles from them in the last 5yrs. My first visit, I traded in an old Audi for a new Ponti West Metro is my go to dealership! I have purchased two vehicles from them in the last 5yrs. My first visit, I traded in an old Audi for a new Pontiac G3. Lloyd Hemenway made sure I was treated right on the trade-in and upgrade. He even made sure cruise control was added to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. Lloyd helped me again when I traded in that car for a different model and this time he threw in some shiny hubcap covers to make me smile. The sales assistants are attentive, friendly, personable, and helpful without any pushiness. Jason Klein found me wandering the lot shopping for a different car. He took me under his wing and helped me find the best car for me (right price, right mileage, right payment.) Cody Vouk was instrumental in securing special financing for my purchase. He found me the best possible rate and length of loan for my budget. Car purchasing and servicing can be stressful, and as a single woman lacking auto savviness, I appreciate and trust the honest approach of the sales/finance/service employees at West Metro. Kurt Bruhn is the man I trust to keep my car running smoothly. He goes out of his way to make sure I'm taken care of for regular servicing and unexpected repairs (my own fault-oops).
