From the moment we arrived the courtesy and customer service was exceptional as everyone we encountered went out of their way to help us, even providing a ball point pen to take notes. The automobile we wanted to see was in the front lot ready to test drive. The car was relatively new, clean and working perfectly. My wife drove it for the drive and was pleased by its responsiveness and reliability to the touch. The salesperson was engaging and very interested in our needs not his own. He even was impartial with the other cars and dealers we were interested in seeing and never gave a negative but factual information readily. His name is Kurt Marty. He along with Greg Raup prepared out car and gave us detailed explanations of what was important to us in completing the transaction. In the financial area Joe Pens was thorough and complete in his explanations and gave us helpful information to keep for titling and registration of the car we purchased. The entire experience convinced us to return to this dealership for service and likely future purchases! More

A timely experience. I stopped by the dealership about buying a vehicle for my daughter who will be headed to college next year. When I pulled into the lot Kurt came out I stopped by the dealership about buying a vehicle for my daughter who will be headed to college next year. When I pulled into the lot Kurt came out and greeted me by name and remembered the vehicle i had purchased nearly 3 years earlier for my wife. The conversation lasted for quite a while. I mentioned I liked the Crosstour and that I had seen an ivory colored one in town which I liked. I also told Kurt they were all nice, but the V6 AWD would be preferred. The next morning Kurt called and said they just received the exact car I described in a trade that very evening. Needless to say I traded the next day and I am very satisfied. More
