I knew what car I wanted before I ever arrived on the lot. I was approached quickly and professionally, and within ten minutes I was out on a test drive. I was treated like a person instead of a dollar sign. I have been to a lot of car lots over the years, and this was by far the best lot that I have ever stepped foot on. I dealt with Kurt, and he was very professional and helped me with every step of the buying process. We negotiated on a price until we came to an agreement. He helped me with all of the questions I had and did everything he could to accommodate me during the buying process. If I had it to do all over again, I would definitely go back to this car lot. I will be going there with all my future car purchases and needs. I am very happy to be the new owner of a 2013 Chevrolet Captiva! More

Like family. Some dealers are just business. Sometimes cold and indifferent. They treat you like a number. Not at Dave Mungenast Honda. I will start this out sayin Some dealers are just business. Sometimes cold and indifferent. They treat you like a number. Not at Dave Mungenast Honda. I will start this out saying I have visited about 10 dealers in the last 2 weeks. I was looking at a Rav4, Rogue or CRV. Really it was a toss up. I was about to leave work when I noticed a vehicle had just been entered in online at just before 5 pm. There were no pics yet. So I sent an email asking about pics. 2 minutes later as I walked out of work, I received an email from Kurt, my future salesman. He said he would personally send a couple of pics himself to me. In fact, before pics were on the Internet, he sent to me first. Kurt answered all my questions and looked out for MY interest. He held the CRV until I could get there to look at. The CRV was awesome. I'm sure I would not have it now without Kurt. Kurt was honest and knowledgeable. Showed me everything on the CRV. He was also patient and never showed any pressure. Very relaxed and forthcoming. Best car buying experience I've ever had. And I've bought a lot of vehicles in my lifetime. Also, Brandon in the finance department was also very friendly and made the financing part painless. Even though we were just browsing Kurt and Mark evaluated my trade and took REALLY good care of me. So much so that we were determined to buy from them.
