Very disappointing experience - sales was lackluster and not very knowledgeable- service appeared to be doing a favor by even speaking with me - finance was reminiscent of buying a vehicle in the 80s with t not very knowledgeable- service appeared to be doing a favor by even speaking with me - finance was reminiscent of buying a vehicle in the 80s with telling you how many things can go wrong with the vehicle immediately after the salesmen was telling you that it was so reliable - management was rude and not customer oriented- overall poor experience and would not do business with this dealer in the future More
