Took my vehicle in for scheduled maintenance. Didn't complete one of the items because they didn't have the necessary items. That's ok, but I wasn't even contacted about it. Took another vehicle in for servicing, said it was done, looked at the breakdown of their findings, saw that they recommended brakes, but no one even called or texted me about it. My biggest complaint is thaat no information was covered with me about what was seen during the oil change - I don't like the automated process, I prefer the personal touch which meant someone came and advi with me about what was seen during the oil change - I don't like the automated process, I prefer the personal touch which meant someone came and advised if any further work was needed now or in the future. I wanted to buy a 2025 Hyundai Tucson XRT from Killeen Hyundai (Keating Auto Group) in Texas, where I live, but I just couldn’t bring myself to buy from this dealership, or other Hyundai dealerships withi Hyundai (Keating Auto Group) in Texas, where I live, but I just couldn’t bring myself to buy from this dealership, or other Hyundai dealerships within an 80 mile radius of Killeen, Texas, when the dealerships in Texas add their dealer accessories onto the vehicle and pass on that cost to the buyer. For example, the Killeen Hyundai dealer added window tint film to the Tucson, even though the vehicle comes with privacy class on all the rear windows and solar tint to the front windows. That tint added by the dealer will increase the vehicle price by over $400.00. The Killeen Hyundai dealer added a GPS device to the Tucson, plugged into the OBD port, even though the Tucson (and other Hyundai vehicles) comes with built in GPS technology that is part of the Bluelink service offered by Hyundai. The Killeen Hyundai dealer also added a windshield protection called C-Bond. This will increase the vehicle price by over $300.00. Before you buy a car from dealerships in Texas, find out what auto group they belong to. Most of the dealerships in the Killeen, Waco, Temple, Round Rock and Kyle Texas areas belong to Keating Auto Group or Penske Auto Group. They all add on those dealer accessories and get you to pay for it. So, what did I do? I rented a car from Hertz and drove all the way to Brooklyn Park, Minnesota just to buy a car from Walser Hyundai in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, and turned in the Hertz car in Brooklyn Center (Brooklyn Park), Minnesota. Nathan, a Walser Hyundai sales representative at Walser Hyundai Brooklyn Park, was professional, knowledgeable, polite, courteous and most importantly not pushy at all. Unlike the Hyundai dealerships in Killeen, Texas, Walser Hyundai Brooklyn Park does not add dealer add-ons or accessories on their vehicles, trying to get the customers to spend thousands of dollars on unnecessary items. Nathan, at Walser Hyundai is also the expert at selling cars to out-of-state residents. Nathan, the titling team and the finance team at Walser Hyundai ensures that the vehicle sales tax you pay is based on your home address on your driver license. So, if you’re a Texan and you want to buy a car from Minnesota and have the car registered, titled and insured in Texas, you will pay the Texas vehicle sales tax rate (6.25%), not the Minnesota sales tax rate. After being a part of this great experience Walser Hyundai, I can see that Walser Hyundai Brooklyn Park has set an example of how all dealerships in America should operate. More

Brought the sub in Tuesday, needed parts which didn’t show up until Thursday.Then the work couldn’t be started because the tech was off on Thursday. Friday, no word from the dealership. Drove to the dealership an hour before they closed. No one in the service department except a woman who stared at me from her desk but did nothing. After five to ten minutes, someone wandered in and ask what I wanted. My suv was done but he had to wander from desk to desk to find the paperwork. I had asked the service adviser who took the suv in to take care of an earlier issue, said he would but that didn’t happen. If I hadn’t drove in they would have had my suv for almost a week for a three hour job. Warranty work but was not offered a loaner. More

I wanted a quick in and out, was told I’d be out by 4 PM. I Didn’t get out til 6 PM. Staff was courteous and helpful. My main issue was it took so long to get out on the road. I live 3+ hours away and couldn’t come back to have that taken care of. They did let me take it to a local body shop which was nice. Over all happy with my purchase and staff. Not happy about the extra time it took as I had some place I needed to be. Shouldn’t take that long. More

I came here for the first time for an oil change as closer to home. It was over one hundred dollars for an oil change!
