Salesman was very knowledgeable about the product which helped us decide between the 2018 and 2019 Santa Fe. He also took time to physically go over all the car’s features and explained how they worked. First purchase at Walser was good experience!

From making the appt. to having the service done, I felt the experience was seamless. I had a low tire warning and called for an appt, which was set a time convenient to me. My experience with the service dept. was so easy.
I bought my Elantra from Walser Hyundai a few years ago, and most recently I went back to the dealership for a minor recall repair. The service people are all very nice, and they did the work on my Elantra very quickly.
What a great experience in excellent customer service! The gal I first spoke with to get the service call for new tires set up, to Mike in the service department, wonderful is all I can say. Everyone was very friendly and gave me confidence that my car would be taken care of properly and it was right down the the car wash at the end. Took my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. Very quick service. Online it did say that there was no charge for the oil change and in person I did have to pay for the oil change. They should update their online estimates so that it is more clear.
