We really like the way Walser does stuff and Walser Subaru is no different. We love the 2015 Subaru Forester we purchased. We paid a lot for the full warranty and surprisingly the warranty company gave our mechanic a bit of a hassle (we live 2 hours away or we'd have brought it back to Walser to work on) when it came to getting everything fixed that was leaking. More

We had to go back in since they missed our battery was bad and leaking acid. When our car was in for the second time they bent one of our keys and it no longer works. It's a busy place at Walser Subaru and for my second service, I was pleased but not entirely impressed. I arrived on-time for my appointment and stood by the counter waiting for someone to call me up. T service, I was pleased but not entirely impressed. They were serving people before me when I initially arrived, but once all three attendants were done, I waited to be called up. About 10 minutes passed before someone greeted me and said "we will be right with you." I am a patient person so it didn't bother me but I think greeting people as soon as they walk in the door makes it less awkward and would make me feel less unsure if I was in the right place to be served! More
