4 hours for an oil change on both occasions I’ve been in for service on my 2020 Sonata. And I’ve been trying for over a year to get a second key fob that was supposed to come with my brand new Sonata. Have for service on my 2020 Sonata. And I’ve been trying for over a year to get a second key fob that was supposed to come with my brand new Sonata. Have stopped into Edmond Hyundai 7 times to request the key fob after being completely ignored by sales and service team on phone and text. Would not recommend this dealership. No common decency and definitely no service after the sale. More

If you are thinking about purchasing a Hyundai, I recommend you go to Automax Hyundai in Norman rather than Edmond Hyundai. The customer service here, with the exception of my salesman Kyle sucks. I recommend you go to Automax Hyundai in Norman rather than Edmond Hyundai. The customer service here, with the exception of my salesman Kyle sucks. I was here on Monday ready to make a deal and trade my 2014 Chevy Malibu. The two finance guys, Matthew and Brian that I interacted with act as if you don't have any other options and that they are your last resort. They are very rude, offensive, dismissive and standoffish. This is more applicable to Matthew. I wouldn't let him help my dog finance a vehicle if that was an option. The "Edmond Hyundai Promise" that they say "distinguishes" themselves from other Hyundai dealers is a marketing scheme. The things that they offer in the promise are things that Hyundai offer to all customers buying a new vehicle. The things that I was told I wouldn't get anywhere else, like the free car washes, and oil changes, and loaners, and engines for life are things that I also get at the dealer where I purchased my vehicle from, Automax Hyundai in Norman and when I asked about these things, Automax told me that was something Hyundai offered, not just Edmond Hyundai. Also, the top notch customer service that they advertise is also a marketing scheme. They use this just to get you in the door. As I mentioned before, the customer service here is terrible. It's comparable to Walmart customer service, maybe a little worse.The ONLY positive customer service experience I had here is with Kyle who was my salesman and Kyle is great. I do recommend him if you happen to find yourself here. Very detailed and attentive to the customer. But if you have the option, I recommend Automax in Norman. Ty and Devon were great. I purchased my 2022 sonata limited from them and I am very pleased with their service. I highly recommend them. Personally, I will never do business here. I live in Edmond but I will be driving to Norman to have my Hyundai serviced when that time comes. More
