A "Great" bunch of guys tro deal with!!! I live in OKC, and discovered The Vernon Auto Group on Auto Trader. They had a vehicle that interested me, so I contacted them, and spoke to an online I live in OKC, and discovered The Vernon Auto Group on Auto Trader. They had a vehicle that interested me, so I contacted them, and spoke to an online salesman named Kyle. He was extremely polite, and helpful, and I got a good vibe from this guy right away. I live approx. 200 miles from Vernon, TX., so it goes without saying that they made a good impression for me to travel that distance, simply from viewing a photo online.. Unfortuneately, the vehicle I went to see, wasn't just what I needed, so I didn't make a purchase this trip, but I wouldn't have any problem making that trip again if they had a car that I was interested in. By the way: I had to make a 500.00 non refundable deposit to view the car I went to see yesterday, because it had already bn sent to auction, and they were kind enough to reimburse me for the 500.00 deposit, even though they were under no obligation to do so!!! The assistant manager Sam did this for me, after he and Kyle bent over backwards to help me. I only hope that circumstances make it possible for me to deal with them again in the future. These guys actually made an auto purchasing experience fun for a change. A GREAT BUNCH OF GUYS! More

I'd been looking at trucks for a couple of months when I found this F350 online. It was priced lower than any comparable truck I had seen. When I got to the dealership Kyle was very knowledgeable about their inventory and helpful in every way. At delivery, they had the vehicle detailed and ready to go. Business office had us in and out in minutes without any problems what so ever. I plan to purchase another truck this summer and Kyle Echols will definitely get the sale.
