Kyle was professional and 100% honest From the first of many phone/e-mail conversations with Kyle, I had a sense I was dealing with someone who was far more concerned about giving me strai From the first of many phone/e-mail conversations with Kyle, I had a sense I was dealing with someone who was far more concerned about giving me straight forward answers to my questions than he was to just making another sale. Even though I was purchasing a new vehicle, dealing from 1300 miles away causes a higher than normal skepticism. Kyle responded quickly and forwarded requested documentation within minutes of my requests. He quickly put me at ease by exceeding my expectations. I flew into Dallas Fort Worth airport and the Vernon delivery specialists met be at the baggage area with my new truck and all paper work. Within 10 minutes I signed everything and followed the delivery team out of the airport where they made sure I was getting on the right exit to begin my 1300 mile drive home in a beautiful Ford F250 Lariat Super-Duty. I have already referred Kyle to two friends and to be honest, I am still amazed how easy and enjoyable this truck purchasing experience was. More
