Went to Shakers with a particular car in mind. We were greeted by a lovely receptionist who asked what we were looking for and for our names and got us in touch with Kyle. Kyle was able to get us the exact Santa Cruz we were looking at online. He was very cordial and very knowledgeable. He walked us through ALL of our options for financing and leasing. He has a lot of patience as it is not easy dealing with and answering all my wife's neurotic and/or slightly annoying questions. Kyle is a true professional. Special mention to Gio as well. My wife's Blue Link stopped working in her car. Without hesitation, he took us over to his desk and not only got my initial setup done, but fixed my wife's issue in about 5 minutes total.
