He has a lot of patience as it is not easy dealing with and answering all my wife's neurotic and/or slightly annoying questions. Kyle is a true professional. Special mention to Gio as well. My wife's Blue Link stopped working in her car. Without hesitation, he took us over to his desk and not only got my initial setup done, but fixed my wife's issue in about 5 minutes total.
