My 2013 Buick Regal GS had a knock/clunk from the front suspension. CarFix on Rochester Rd said my right front strut was bad, but it sounded like the front stabilizer bar links to me. Well I have been taki suspension. CarFix on Rochester Rd said my right front strut was bad, but it sounded like the front stabilizer bar links to me. Well I have been taking my GM cars to Somerset, now Suburban Buick/GMC, for about 10 years and they have always fixed my car problems correctly. The technician at Suburban Buick/GMC said the front stabilizer bar links were loose, replaced them and my car was ready for me the next day. Thanks again Suburban for an excellent Service Department! More

Your salesmen are rude, your mechanics either don't communicate well or the salesmen misrepresent what is said. They interrupt, don't listen, and try to avoid customers who aren't purchasing additional communicate well or the salesmen misrepresent what is said. I had a salesperson laughing at me regarding selling the Buick I bought at this dealership back to the dealership, telling me my 2016 Loaded regal was worth $300 because it MIGHT need extra work. He thought that was hilarious - I wasn't laughing. If I never have to deal with this location again I will be THRILLED. If anyone asks about purchasing from this location I will strongly suggest they visit the Ferndale buick dealer instead. Your cashier is very nice - despite what she puts up with. More
