Suburban Buick GMC of Troy

Visited multiple Greater Detroit Buick/GMC dealerships over the course of a week (purely because our local dealer provided the single worst trade-in value by several thousand dollars!), seeking to simply over the course of a week (purely because our local dealer provided the single worst trade-in value by several thousand dollars!), seeking to simply “drop” an easy-peasy GM employee discount-qualified order for a nearly $70,000 MSRP 2026 GMC Acadia Denali Ultimate on one of them. Since we were bringing a trade vehicle to the table, it was only natural that our eventual choice would clearly emerge after reviewing their respective best and final OTD net offers. While Suburban Buick GMC of Troy's was neither the first nor the best such offer upon initial blush, ultimately -- and EXCLUSIVELY due to the hard work and patience of Matthew Daschke, Suburban's Pre-Owned Vehicles Manager and DART Operations Analyst -- were we eventually able to struggle past various mathematical and attitudinal "pot holes" placed in our path due to the actions and inactions of various other stakeholders at his dealership to construct a mutually satisfactory arrangement under which we could feel supreme and enduring confidence that we'd made the correct choice for our overarching ownership experience. When all is said and done, I've dealt with scores of new car sales reps, their managers, their senior managers and even a few group principals throughout past vehicle purchase endeavors (predominantly as was the case here comprised of "highest of the high" trim and model choices of various luxury lines), and I can say without any doubt or reservation whatsoever that Matt is one of the most professional, forthright and engaging automotive sales professionals with whom I've ever had the pleasure of meeting and consummating purchase agreements in my nearly 50 years of acquiring vehicles. What's more, and having successfully built multiple high tech companies and retired particularly early largely due to their success (which I largely attribute to the people I hired, mentored and surrounded myself), I have a keen sense that Matt will not only go far, but that the skills, desire, integrity and customer commitment he brings to the table not only far exceed that which his youthful years (and certainly those other stakeholders) might otherwise suggest, but that Suburban would do well to eventually elevate him up through its Suburban and/or Lithia ranks where it might enjoy greater and more impactful human synergy from his continued growth and contribution. Keep up the good work, Matt. My advisor was good, but someone went into my glove box (I don't know why) & left a bunch of stuff all over the passenger floor.
