We were very impressed with our experience after we signed all of the paperwork and took possession of our new car as well. Kyle went over everything with us, helped us set all of the car's settings, and explained how everything worked. He was extremely patient and answered all of our questions. And, we love both of our Volkswagen vehicles!!!! More

I am the most difficult buyer you can find but he managed to serve my needs the best way possible and took remarcable person and an honest salesman. Kyle did a great job with me. His professionalism was excellent in that he was more interested in finding out what I wanted rather than trying to sell me what he wanted. Kyle is a straightforward sales excellent in that he was more interested in finding out what I wanted rather than trying to sell me what he wanted. Kyle is a straightforward sales representative when discussing numbers. I didn't feel there were any number-gymnastics going on like people often stereotype car sales persons of doing. Everyone at the Dealership were friendly and outgoing without being "pushy." Overall it was a GREAT experience. I live 3 hours away, and will probably drive the distance for my service as they have already gained some trust. More
