Kyle took his time to clean the car, photograph the car, and face time me a showing of the car, to help with the long distance purchase. He spend a lot of his time making sure that I knew the true condition of the car, as well as being present to make sure that all went well when the trucking company picked up the vehicle. The car arrived just as he had described. It was refreshing to work with a true professional who is honesty about the product, and has integrity. I would defiantly purchase a car from Kyle again. Finding a new family vehicle. We were welcomed to the dealership upon arrival. It just so happened to be by our friend Kyle Hogland. He was quick to shake hands and ask how we were doing. It was a welcome change in how we had been treated at other facilities. After we were welcomed, Kyle asked if we were looking for a new or used car. We already had a particular car in mind, and we showed which one that we wished to see. Quickly Kyle told us, “Absolutely!”, he went and pulled it around and was immediately showing us all of the different options this vehicle had to offer. After we had seen all of the options and attributes of the car, Kyle asked if we were interested in a test drive. Upon the test drive, Kyle asked what all we were looking for in a new vehicle and we simply stated a vehicle large enough for our growing family and with the ability to keep us comfortable on long trips. We also stated that we were not looking for extra amenities, Kyle’s reply was,”I understand. “ At no time were we pressed in trying to look at or purchase a more expensive vehicle. It’s was a pleasant experience that was topped by Kyle giving us his Guarantee that he would take care of us and our vehicle if it was ever needing to be serviced. More
