I had been car shopping for a year, and this dealership was one of the first that I had visited to test drive a car with Kyle. I remembered him, because he was a nice normal guy. Not pushy, answered my q was one of the first that I had visited to test drive a car with Kyle. I remembered him, because he was a nice normal guy. Not pushy, answered my questions, made me feel comfortable, and followed up. I told him when I first visited that when I found my car, I was going to buy it from him. For my second test drive go round, we took out 3 or 4 cars, and right in the middle of this, we got stuck in a very heavy downpour. Poor Kyle was drenched. I mean, he looked like he took a shower in his clothes. Eventually he dried off, and I ended up buying a car that day even though I wasn't planning in it. Wendy made the whole "signing on the dotted line" process super-easy, and fast! I am so happy, and am looking forward to visiting everyone to get my car serviced! More

Kyle was very professional and freindly. We told him we had a limited amount of time to shop and needed to be out with in two hours. He was very quick to respect that for us. They gave us a fair price on our trade in, Recieved a slight discount and a matinience of the transmission we asked for.We were out the door in the 2 hours we asked for. kyle greeted us outside with a friendly smile. When he asked what I hoped for in a car, he listened to my answers intently and probed more deeply to better help me. He produced the vehicles in which I was interested immediately and accompanied me on a fairly lengthy test drive explaining and answering questions openly and freely. He did not pressure me in any way. When I asked for the bottom line on two vehicles, he researched and produced exactly what I wanted. After I had agreed to a new Forester, Kyle made the purchase easy and pain-free. Finally, he went over the car in detail, explained, and highlighted the salient features and those of most importance to me, The whole experience of purchasing a new vehicle from Kyle Hutchins was excellent, and I would not hesitate to recommend him and Gateway Subaru to anyone. Kyle Hutchins was recommended to us by our neighbor. He was friendly, courteous and knew his business. He showed us a Forester and was helpful on our test drive. He also set up our phones to the Bluetooth system and explained how it operated. He told us if we had any further concerns on any of the car systems to call him and he would gladly make an appointment and go over them with us. Wendy was helpful and thorough in handling the business aspect of the sale. More

Met Kyle Hutchins when walking into this dealership and as all people are my husband and I were concerned about having to purchase a car after 12 years. Kyle relaxed us from the moment we sat down with him and offered us something to drink and spent the time getting to know us and reassuring us that we would be treated like family! We test drove several models and decided on a used Subaru which we absolutely LOVE! We also wanna mention Wendy who was so through with all the financing and being very upfront and extremely entertaining which put the icing on the cake for the whole buying experience. We have told many people about gateway and will continue to do so for years to come! I look forward to visiting a dealership like this ! More

Kyle Hutchins was very helpful, he spent lots of time answering all of my questions. Many times you are ignored at dealerships as a single woman, however I felt very valued and appreciated throughout th answering all of my questions. When I decided to purchase 2 days later,Kyle spent 45 minutes showing me the different options on the Outlook and how to program everything. He took the time to set my XM radio stations and to program my phone. He went over the highlights of the owners manual, even using a highlighter to point out the most used pages in the manual. I couldn't be more pleased with the entire transaction, I highly recommend the employees at Gateway Subaru. I also highly recommend the Outback.. Kyle is a very professional dedicated employee with great service skills. More

I always walk into a car showroom dreading what I expect will follow. I was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere at Gateway and the easygoing but professional presence of Kyle Hutchins. The car buying will follow. I was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere at Gateway and the easygoing but professional presence of Kyle Hutchins. The car buying experience turned out to be much better than I expected. I had in mind what I thought was a reasonable price for both me and the dealer and that price was met. Cars are expensive and I'm willing to pay a little more than perhaps a super aggressive person could get if I feel comfortable with the salesperson. I don't want to sit around arguing with people. I can't tolerate people who aren't efficient or don't know their job. We both like the quiet, calm demeanor of everyone that we met at Gateway. I would recommend Kyle to anyone who asks me about the car. Unfortunately I forget the name of the woman who did our paperwork, but she was "super slick" - no time wasted there which I really appreciated. Bottom line is that I really didn't have to buy a new car, I had come to the area to buy a completely different brand of car, stopped by this Subaru dealer, liked the car and the salesperson and decided pretty much on the spot to buy the car. Great experience and so far a great car. More

I have been researching cars for a few months, not sure what to get. Something not too big but not a sedan; a vehicle a little higher off the ground but not a hugh SUV. Then one day my neighbor drives by what to get. Something not too big but not a sedan; a vehicle a little higher off the ground but not a hugh SUV. Then one day my neighbor drives by in her Forrester. That's it! She let me driver hers around the area and I fell in love! My husband and I had an afternoon off, knew from our neighbor how helpful and efficient Kyle was with our neighbor so headed over to Gateway. (If it had been Kyle's day off we would have come back.) There was Kyle. He showed us the available options and colors they had there, but I decided on the showroom model. Kyle took the time to highlight important information in the Manual and I have had a blast with my new car. Yes!!! I would recommend Gateway and Kyle to anyone who asks me about my Subaru. More
