I always walk into a car showroom dreading what I expect will follow. I was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere at Gateway and the easygoing but professional presence of Kyle Hutchins. The car buying will follow. I was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere at Gateway and the easygoing but professional presence of Kyle Hutchins. The car buying experience turned out to be much better than I expected. I had in mind what I thought was a reasonable price for both me and the dealer and that price was met. Cars are expensive and I'm willing to pay a little more than perhaps a super aggressive person could get if I feel comfortable with the salesperson. I don't want to sit around arguing with people. I can't tolerate people who aren't efficient or don't know their job. We both like the quiet, calm demeanor of everyone that we met at Gateway. I would recommend Kyle to anyone who asks me about the car. Unfortunately I forget the name of the woman who did our paperwork, but she was "super slick" - no time wasted there which I really appreciated. Bottom line is that I really didn't have to buy a new car, I had come to the area to buy a completely different brand of car, stopped by this Subaru dealer, liked the car and the salesperson and decided pretty much on the spot to buy the car. Great experience and so far a great car. More

I have been researching cars for a few months, not sure what to get. Something not too big but not a sedan; a vehicle a little higher off the ground but not a hugh SUV. Then one day my neighbor drives by what to get. Something not too big but not a sedan; a vehicle a little higher off the ground but not a hugh SUV. Then one day my neighbor drives by in her Forrester. That's it! She let me driver hers around the area and I fell in love! My husband and I had an afternoon off, knew from our neighbor how helpful and efficient Kyle was with our neighbor so headed over to Gateway. (If it had been Kyle's day off we would have come back.) There was Kyle. He showed us the available options and colors they had there, but I decided on the showroom model. Kyle took the time to highlight important information in the Manual and I have had a blast with my new car. Yes!!! I would recommend Gateway and Kyle to anyone who asks me about my Subaru. More

This was my first experience with Gateway and buying a Subaru. Kyle was very knowledgeable and helpful to me regarding the purchase of a used vehicle. I did not feel pressured by him or anyone at Gateway. The entire atmosphere of Gateway was warm, friendly and caring. My questions and concerns were addressed and explained thoroughly. Wendy explained the financing options and warranty choices with great clarity. Traveling 2 l/2 hours to Gateway was the best decision I made regarding a car purchase. No doubt I will visit Gateway in the future for my car needs. More

After doing a lot of research, we decided to test drive a Subaru Forrester. When we walked into the dealership, no one accosted us at the front door. Instead, everyone we spoke to was friendly and helpful. Kyle took us for a test drive and instead of being a "salesperson" he was more of an information person. He pointed out things about the car that we didn't know & answered all of our questions. Most importantly, he encouraged us to test drive other makes and models of SUVs before we made a decision. NO PRESSURE AT ALL. When we decided to purchase the Forrester, we called Kyle because we felt he would be pleasant to deal with. My husband used several websites to determine what a "good" price would be for the vehicle. He called Kyle with the price we wanted to pay, along with the level and color of Forrester we wanted. Kyle had to find the vehicle we requested and quoted us an "excellent" price. Two days later we picked up our new Forrester. Crystal and Kyle sat with us and went over all of the features of the car and how to operate them. Crystal even paired our phones to Bluetooth. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who hates to deal with car salesmen, doesn't want to overpay for a car, or just wants to have a pleasant car buying experience. More

Everyone at Gateway Subaru were Amazing to deal with. They were very friendly and knew a lot about their vehicles. Wendy and Drew worked hard ot make sure I got the most out of my trade and that I could get the best deal possible when financing the car. I HIGHLY reccommend Kyle, Wendy, and Drew at Gateway Subaru!!!! I will never go anywhere else for a car!!! This is my fourth Subaru and I LOVE my Touring Forester! More

We met with Kyle and test drove a Crosstreks. He owns one himself and shared excellent details about the options. Another day we met with Samantha since Kyle was already with another customer. She helped us himself and shared excellent details about the options. Another day we met with Samantha since Kyle was already with another customer. She helped us test drive a Forester,an Outback, and another Crosstreks. We really were impressed with how both Kyle and Samantha could answer all of our questions and how they worked together rather than competing for our decision. We talked on the phone a few times with Kyle, always feeling our questions were answered and no pressure was placed on us. Kyle really helped us reach a deal we were contented with, and we are the proud owners of a 2013 Crosstreks Limited. This is truly the first time we have purchased a new vehicle where we felt the entire dealership was easy to maneuver between all of the players. Kyle was really pleasant to deal with. He is not your typical "Used Car Salesman". I ask his opinion on another car I was looking at, and he actually went the extra mile to dig up some info on the car, typical "Used Car Salesman".
