I financed my lease buyout through my credit union, not the dealership. During the transaction, I received multiple Bills of Sale that contained incorrect figures, including changes to the vehicle purchase the dealership. When I questioned these discrepancies, I was informed that a refund check would be issued rather than receiving corrected documentation. I have filed complaints with the appropriate regulatory agencies and am retaining the refund check as evidence.
