Kyle is a great service advisor. Always helpful and let's you know the status of your vehicle. Kyle really made my day I was going through a lot the day I came in because I literally have been going through a lot with the car I purchased since I got it (I only had it for 2 weeks and was forced to by a I came in because I literally have been going through a lot with the car I purchased since I got it (I only had it for 2 weeks and was forced to by a new window even though it bust open due most like the heat) my battery just gave out and I had to jump it off all week and right before I came in and I don’t know if Kyle just read my face but I’m guessing he knew I need more help than I had the money for (due to the window costing me 300 dollars 2 days before the battery situation). Kyle made my day costumer service skills through the roof I left with tears in my eyes cause he saved my life thanks so much Kyle Brandon Honda should be happy to have you there is not too many people left that put themselves in other people shoes I really felt hustled baby the dealership you were literally the most concerned person in the whole place at least for me any way thanks a bunch again!!! More

Brandon Honda does a great job at selling you the car not so great job of taking care of you after the deal is done. Like most dealerships the hustle is real and soon as the deal is done the courtesy is sold so great job of taking care of you after the deal is done. They always do right by you. I am from New Port Richey and my first car I bought from them was a new 2006 Accord EX that I sold 2 years ago, and a new 2008 Civic EX-L Nav. They are worth the trip!! We came in late afternoon to check the low tire pressure that showed up from the panel. We decided to bring it to the Service Center as there might be something wrong from the tire as this happened 2x alrea that showed up from the panel.
