Kyle was very approachable, down to earth, and a funny guy. Gave a very welcoming vibe while also being very swift and informative. I didn’t have to wait to long before someone approached my car to talk t guy. Gave a very welcoming vibe while also being very swift and informative. After everything was signed and done he gave me a time frame and as he said it, it took just that long which was solid also not to mention the car got a quick wash for the exterior as a small bonus thanks again! definitely recommend to anyone coming here for service! I made an appointment to take my Civic in for service (A7). As soon as I drove up I was greeted, asked who I there to see, I gave the name; however, the person was out. I was told someone would be out to (A7). As soon as I drove up I was greeted, asked who I there to see, I gave the name; however, the person was out. I was told someone would be out to help me, I didn't have to wait long before Kyle Lampp came out to gather information. I follow him inside and he took care of everything from that point on, I didn't have to do a thing but sign the work order. The best part is I didn't have to spend half the day there waiting for my car before Kyle came to get me. The service was great, my car I can honestly say washed well, and they had covered the steering wheel, the gear shift, and the driver seat in full plastic. I thought that was really awesome! I felt good seeing the precaution taken to protect not only for me but for their employees also. I liked that a lot! I Brandon Honda continues with the extra steps to be cautious doing this critical time we are all trying to get through. Thank you Kyle for your warmth, your kind voice, and thoughtfulness.
