Mike H. has been the device manager I have mainly worked with and always exceeds my expectations. If there is an issue such as , tire pressure being left lower than usually, he does all he can to make it ri with and always exceeds my expectations. Kyle Lampp was very helpful when I brought my car in for its first service appointment. He was very patient with my questions, as I am not a car guru, and even pointed out a few flaws that I was unaware of its first service appointment. He was very patient with my questions, as I am not a car guru, and even pointed out a few flaws that I was unaware of but provided recommendations on how I could better protect my vehicle. I was also able to set up a little work station in the lobby area so I was not inconvenienced. Will absolutely be back. More
