The assistant service adviser was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and professional and quickly arranged for a Lyft vehicle to pick me up and take me home while my vehicle was serviced. He called me several hours later and told me that the technician performing the 10-point inspection identified one item that needed attention. After giving my approval to have it done, the service advisor called me back about 90 minutes later an informed me that my vehicle was ready. After my wife drove the vehicle home, she raved about how smoothly the engine ran. More
