Very good! Kyle was great! I took my car for service last May and I was very disappointed as I was told I had to pay in repairs close to $600 in spite of having Kyle was great! I took my car for service last May and I was very disappointed as I was told I had to pay in repairs close to $600 in spite of having Platinum Service Plan. That was my first experience. I went yesterday for second time, I was a little hesitant given my last experience. However this time it was a lot better, I saw a different person, Kyle Lampp and I was very satisfied with his customer service, and honesty. He explained to me what my service includes as well as provide information I requested. Overall it was great! I feel that I can trust the dealer again. More

Brandon Honda the best I had an appointment for my cars first service and I was in and out of there so quickly. Less than an hour i would say. Excellent service from buying to having my car serviced. I purchased my Honda about a year ago and this dealership was fantastic from the purchase to the services I've received. I even texted with a service I purchased my Honda about a year ago and this dealership was fantastic from the purchase to the services I've received. I even texted with a service guy once when I thought my car was beeping and he tried his best to help me determine the issue without coming in. After all that it wasn't my car beeping, but he hung in there with me continuing to try and figure it out. I really appreciate this dealership and will use them again for future service and car purchases. More

Bad decision I decided to get my oil changed here. They changed it pretty quick but, they failed to inform me of an oil leak. I was going to my dealer for a fix un I decided to get my oil changed here. They changed it pretty quick but, they failed to inform me of an oil leak. I was going to my dealer for a fix under warranty and they found the leak. I wasted time and money at Brandon Honda. I will never get service here again! My service manager was awesome!! More
