CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVERYTHING! From the time we approached, we were greeted in a friendly and relaxed manner with no sales pressure. After my last vehicle purchase from Brandon Honda, and I can honestly say that I was iffy about coming back to purchase, my first experience wasn't that great ( I did succeed in walking out with a car same can honestly say that I was iffy about coming back to purchase, my first experience wasn't that great ( I did succeed in walking out with a car same day considering my options I was happy) but there were many hiccups in the process and I wasn't given the whole truth about the situation I was getting into as far as the car I purchased. So I wasn't sure how I felt about Honda at this point. I did however come in and talk with an associate (Kyle Lampp) and I can say Kyle is who made my experience wonderful. I enjoyed his enthusiasm and willingness to help me and be up front and honest. I personally felt that he was on my side and due to my financial situation that he was on my side by helping me get into a brand new car. And I am completely satisfied with my experience and would recommend Kyle Lampp with Brandon Honda to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle, Also he talked me through all the new features with my car and showed me how everything worked, He also assisted me with hooking my Bluetooth device to the car. My husband and I started researching vehicles in August so that when the time came up that we needed to replace my company car we would have a selection narrowed down. We met with Kyle our first visit in so that when the time came up that we needed to replace my company car we would have a selection narrowed down. We met with Kyle our first visit in and I was thoroughly impressed. He was very well aware that we were not purchasing a car that day. He took us out to test drive a Honda Accord sedan, and then allowed us to drive a the Honda Accord Coupe (4 and 6 Cylinder). Labour day weekend I went back in to take a look at the CRV as I was interested in a small SUV. The dealership was insanely busy but he was very helpful in answering the question I was asking and showed me where I could take a look at the the vehicle. The weekend after, Kyle took us out for a test drive in the CRV. Again, he knew he wasn't going to be selling us a car that day but was extremely helpful. We finally were in the position that we needed to get a new vehicle. It was a no brainer in my opinion to go to Brandon Honda and the biggest reason was because of Kyle. He spent probably about 4 hours with us prior to making the sale and I never felt rushed. I would absolutely recommend Brandon Honda to anyone and in particular, Kyle! Thank you!! More

Overall, this is the best experience I've had at a car dealership. We were greeted right away by Kyle who was eager to help and listened very attentively to our needs. Based on what we said we were looking for, he brought us right over to the two cars we ended up taking home. We spent less than 10 minutes walking the lot which we appreciated because we did not want to be outside in the heat with our 7 month old daughter. While inside, discussing our options and gathering the paperwork, he was friendly and knowledgeable and seemed to want to do everything in his abilities to exceed our expectations. Hector, the sales manager, was there every step of the way to ensure Kyle's success and attend to any higher level decision making that was needed. His experience showed in his commanding of the situation to ensure the most positive outcome was achieved and that our every need was met. Going over the final details with Vaughn was also a very pleasant experience. He asked us about how we met, wanted to know about our daughter and we talked about his two sons. Engaging us in conversation was a smart way to get us through the mundane task of signing a mountain of paperwork! In all, we achieved everything we set out to and more, leaving the lot with two cars that were of higher quality than we thought we could afford. Well done, gentlemen.
