Kyle was great! Very easy-going, friendly and NOT pushy. He was there for us through the whole process and made sure to even see us before we left to get us set up in our new car. It took the financing from our bank and the help from Marc to get us in the vehicle we wanted at the price we could agree on. We have a family of six and ended up being at the dealership for 11 hours because the car we bought had not been processed, detailed or anything. We would wait another 11 hours for the service we rec dealership for 11 hours because the car we bought had not been processed, detailed or anything. We would wait another 11 hours for the service we received! Kyle Lampp was friendly and helpful, as was everyone else we worked with. The service group crammed a 2-3 day process into 7-8 hours for us. In the end we walked away with 2 brand new tires, new front brakes, a beautifully detailed van, the confidence of a 150 point inspection, and an Odyssey full of happy kids!
