I've been coming here for over 10 years even tho I now live in Clearwater; but quite honestly Ive seen quality in service fall over time; the main reason I still come is my relationship with Jennifer Chas live in Clearwater; but quite honestly Ive seen quality in service fall over time; the main reason I still come is my relationship with Jennifer Chassis and now Kyle, but when they are not there, not the same; everytime I have any service, even oil change, I have to wait 2 hours, yesterday I waited 3 hours for oil chg and new tire; I get a text that tells me to use to stay in touch but I never get anything for updates and when I ask, no response; for the first time when I bought my last car there; I fell thru the cracks, got passed to 3 different people, my salesperson Hassim disappeared and told he was on a test ride but I pursued and learned he had gone home; just not the same.
