Kyle was great. The service department is borderline fraudulent. I requested a tire rotation with my oil change and I marked-up my tires to ensure the service was co The service department is borderline fraudulent. I requested a tire rotation with my oil change and I marked-up my tires to ensure the service was completed. After receiving my car and paying for the services, I noticed my tires were never rotated. I called the service department and they admitted to not doing the service. The service manager admitted to this stuff happening in the past and they even had an internal meeting the week prior to discuss the behavior. Clearly it is still an issue. I had to wait another 90 minutes to get the tires rotated and the dealership fully refunded my payment. This dealer has recommended work needed on my vehicles yet when i go get a second opinion, the other mechanic finds nothing wrong with my vehicle. Buyer beware and only get the service you requested....like an oil change because it is far cheaper than other places and you can easily verify the work was completed. Other than oil changes, i strongly recommend you go elsewhere. More

I came in for service as the plastic undercarriage and the front bumper came misaligned. I should have taken photos...as it was really a big nothing, but the service department kept saying that the fro the front bumper came misaligned. I should have taken photos...as it was really a big nothing, but the service department kept saying that the front bumper was "body work" and they don't do body work! I have to admit, I wasn't happy...I took the car to Carsmetics - who lifted up the plastic undercarriage and simply popped the fender back into place...it was such a "non issue", they didn't even charge me!!! I am very disappointed in the service department that they couldn't even "accommodate" a long time customer...we own 2 Honda Accords, one is a 2001 Honda Accord, and the one which was in for repair, a 2018 Accord. More

Kyle is a customer -friendly Service agent who is efficient and a good communicator, who explains what will be done and any costs involved. The service is accomplished quickly and the waiting area is efficient and a good communicator, who explains what will be done and any costs involved. The service is accomplished quickly and the waiting area is very comfortable. The video confirmation of services rendered is very effective. Appointments can be made online, which is very convenient. Everyone is friendly and seems to love what they're doing. More
