I had an excellent experience purchasing a car from Kyle Liberty at Newins Ford, and I want to share my thoughts on working with him specifically. I can't speak for how other salespeople operate, but Kyle m Liberty at Newins Ford, and I want to share my thoughts on working with him specifically. I can't speak for how other salespeople operate, but Kyle made the entire process incredibly smooth and pressure-free. We worked out the purchase price over the phone, which saved a lot of time and hassle. I recognize that my situation might have been different since I arrived with a certified check, bypassing the finance process and the potential headaches that come with it. When I saw the car in person, it was exactly as described, and Kyle had me in and out of there in just about an hour and a half—much faster than I expected. He even topped off the gas before I left. I’m not usually a fan of car salespeople and have walked out of dealerships before when they've changed the terms from what was promised over the phone. But working with Kyle was a refreshing change. He was straightforward and honest, and the deal went smoothly without any surprises. If I were to buy another car from Newins Ford, I’d go straight to Kyle Liberty. This review is really about Kyle’s professionalism and how easy he made the process for me. I hope this helps anyone out there. It really shouldn’t be so difficult to get an out-the-door price when shopping for a car, and Kyle made sure there were no hidden agendas or unnecessary upselling. I appreciated that honesty. More
