Clean and courteous personnel. Showroom is well maintained and they are quite busy. Takes some talking to get to end of process but eventually is done. maintained and they are quite busy. Takes some talking to get to end of process but eventually is done. More

The woman service advisor spoke to me as if I was an idiot. I am also a woman but by far no idiot, even when it comes to car care. I have an issue with the leather on my door melting & separating (only 8,000 miles on my car). She told me it must be from finger nails or jewelry. I do not wear jewelry and I chew my finger nails. That isn't what happened. I will be going to a different dealership in the future, even after being a loyal customer for 15+ years. Considering even leaving Nissan all together. More
