Robin Rockey provided friendly, prompt and professional service. Spoke with her 1st on the phone after my car ( which is 8 months old) would not start and she suggested I call for roadside assistance and h service. Spoke with her 1st on the phone after my car ( which is 8 months old) would not start and she suggested I call for roadside assistance and have my car jump started and drive it to the dealership. When I got there, she already had the information in the system and she got my car in and out within a very reasonable amount of time. Explained why I needed to come back the next day for a part that they also discovered needed to be replaced. When I arrived the next morning, she greeted me across the service drive and told me she would be right with me. The part was installed and I was on my way in less than an hour.
