Robin Rockey provided friendly, prompt and professional service. Spoke with her 1st on the phone after my car ( which is 8 months old) would not start and she suggested I call for roadside assistance and h service. Spoke with her 1st on the phone after my car ( which is 8 months old) would not start and she suggested I call for roadside assistance and have my car jump started and drive it to the dealership. When I got there, she already had the information in the system and she got my car in and out within a very reasonable amount of time. Explained why I needed to come back the next day for a part that they also discovered needed to be replaced. When I arrived the next morning, she greeted me across the service drive and told me she would be right with me. The part was installed and I was on my way in less than an hour. I've bought 9 Nissan's from Jenkins Nissan and their customer service has gone down hill over the years. This last service appointment was terrible. The woman service advisor spoke to me as if I was an customer service has gone down hill over the years. This last service appointment was terrible. The woman service advisor spoke to me as if I was an idiot. I am also a woman but by far no idiot, even when it comes to car care. I have an issue with the leather on my door melting & separating (only 8,000 miles on my car). She told me it must be from finger nails or jewelry. I do not wear jewelry and I chew my finger nails. That isn't what happened. I will be going to a different dealership in the future, even after being a loyal customer for 15+ years. Considering even leaving Nissan all together. More
