Kyle in the Brandon Hyundai service department is, by far, the kindest and most helpful service advisor I have ever worked with in my 17 years of servicing my vehicles at dealerships in the area. I am ve far, the kindest and most helpful service advisor I have ever worked with in my 17 years of servicing my vehicles at dealerships in the area. I am very grateful for his honesty and integrity as well as his kindness and understanding as i have visited the service department 3 times in the last few months and have to always take my little baby with me since I am a single mother and have no one to leave her at home with. Kyle (and the techs at Brandon Hyundai) have made their best efforts to make sure I am not waiting around too long with my baby. I truly appreciate the humanity shown by their team. More

The morning I visited seems to be very busy. For the simple I had to wait so long I can only give a 4 star. But Kyle was great . He was assisting many customers . I give him a 5 star. Did not install engine shield properly. Took 3 weeks to have door handles and antenna finnial painted. So for 3 weeks our car was parked at the dealer, a colony of ants was living in the car. The Dealer ha have door handles and antenna finnial painted. So for 3 weeks our car was parked at the dealer, a colony of ants was living in the car. The Dealer had to fumigate the car for 2 days more. Not happy with the lack of service here. Poor Quality control for service department. 👎 More
